The iPhone Photography Tour — Cambridge’s Best Spots, On Your Phone
The best photo spots in Cambridge, and how to capture them well, all on the phone already in your pocket. A private walk with a professional photographer who has shot this city for 27 years and knows exactly where to stand and when the light is right. English or French.
What it is
This is not a camera course. It is a walk to the most photogenic corners of Cambridge, where I show you where to point your phone and how to make the shot look its best. You leave with a set of images you are proud to post, and a few tricks you will keep using long after the walk.
We go to the spots that actually photograph well, not just the famous ones: King’s from the angles most people miss, the Backs and the river, the Mathematical Bridge, the old lanes around Senate House Passage, reflections, archways and light. The exact route flexes with the day, the season and the light.
Join us for an unforgettable iPhone photography tour that will enhance your skills and showcase the beauty of Cambridge.
Along the way I show you a few simple things that change everything: how to use the light, how to frame a shot, a couple of iPhone features most people never touch, and how to get a clean photo of yourself or your group without a stranger holding your phone.

Best for
Travellers without a big camera. Content creators and anyone building a feed. Language school students. Couples and friends who want proper photos of their trip. Anyone curious.

Good to know
The walk follows public streets and riverside paths. We photograph the colleges from public ground, so there are no entry fees and no restrictions. If you would like a few pointers from a pro as we go, just ask, I am happy to fold in some light tuition.
