I am Jean-Luc, founder of Cambridge Tours. I came here from the south of France and have lived in Cambridge for over 27 years. I have guided and photographed this city in every season and every light. On a walk with me you get the history without the lecture, the quiet corners most visitors miss, and an eye for where Cambridge looks its best. Every visit runs in English or French.

How Our Tours Work
Step 1: Choose your tour. Pick a guided walk or a photography tour, and the length that suits you.
Step 2: Book and confirm. Tell me your date and group size. I confirm the exact meeting point when you book.
Step 3: Meet in the centre. We meet near King’s, then set off, just your group and me.
Step 4: Explore at your pace. On a guided walk you leave with the stories and the city. On a photography tour you leave with great images you took yourself, and a few skills to keep using.

On the photography side: the iPhone Photo Tour, the Best of Cambridge Photo Tour for camera users, and a Bespoke photography tour that goes further afield. All are private and available in English or French.
Yes. Every tour is just your group and me. Pricing is per group, not per person.
Yes. I am a native French speaker and every tour is available in French at no extra cost.
We usually meet near King’s in central Cambridge, and I confirm the exact spot when you book. I can also meet you at your hotel or coach drop-off.
The tours follow public streets and riverside paths, and we view the colleges from public ground. No entry fees, no restrictions.
That is my other business. Photographing you and delivering a gallery is what Cambridge Photographers does. Cambridge Tours photography tours are about you taking the photos.
The guided Highlights tour starts from £160 per group for 90 minutes. Photography tours start from £160 per group. Bespoke tours are priced on request.
