The Bespoke Photography Tour — Cambridge and Beyond
A private photography walk built around you, your camera and the pictures you actually want. We are not tied to the centre or the clock. You tell me what you are after, and I plan the locations, the timing and the light. English or French.
Beyond the usual
The Best of Cambridge Photo Tour covers the centre beautifully. This one goes further, for photographers who want more time, more locations and the quieter, stranger corners.
Depending on what you are drawn to, a bespoke shoot can take in:
- The Cambridge American Cemetery at Madingley, the war memorial above the city, vast and still
- Grantchester and the meadows, the walk Rupert Brooke made famous, ending at The Orchard
- Sunrise or last light on the Backs, when the river is empty and the colleges glow
- The colleges, the bridges and the lanes, at the hours when the crowds are gone
- Whatever you have read about, seen in a film, or simply want to photograph
Join us for a bespoke Cambridge photography tour that caters to your individual needs and preferences.
How it works
You tell me the shape of the day, your kit and what you want to come home with. I send back a plan, a route, a timing and a price. We adjust it until it fits, then we shoot it, at your pace, in English or French.
Best for
Keen photographers and enthusiasts. Visitors who have done the centre and want more. Anyone with a specific location or project in mind. Early risers chasing the best light.
The details
Half day or full day, priced on request by the locations, the time and the size of your group. Some locations are a short drive from the centre, we will sort out the logistics when we plan. English or French, at no extra cost.
A note on the American Cemetery: it is a place of remembrance. Photography for personal use is welcome, and we shoot it with the respect it deserves.
